Coffee Beans

Trends come and go, but how do we really know which ones are worth trying? We read all the articles about the potential benefits of coffee enemas, but do they really work? Personal testimonies tend to be helpful in situations like these, so here are 5 individuals’ personal experiences with coffee enemas. Click on the links to read the full posts!

1. Lindsey Dietz, Content Director & Editor of Traditional Cooking School by GNOWFGLINS

Lindsey, who is now a daily coffee enema user, blogs about her one-year experience with them and how they helped her with her serious gallbladder problems. She mentioned that it took her years to give in, but she was soon hooked on coffee enemas. Lindsey also goes into detail of “The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly” about using them.

2. Aisling Fitzgibbon, Holistic Nutrition Coach

This blog post appropriately titled “Poo Glorious Poo” by Aisling Fitzgibbon is about Aisling’s take on her first-hand experience with coffee enemas; she also goes into a fair amount of detail regarding the science behind how coffee enemas work.

3. Margaret Floyd, Nutritional Therapy Practitioner

Margaret, another initial skeptic about coffee enemas (with good reason), discusses her surprise with her results from coffee enemas. She raves about the energy that she obtained, and that she felt lighter and more ready to go through with her daily activities in general. One downside that she is not too fond of is the amount of time it takes. She then explains how coffee enemas works on the body and which internal organs they take effect on and how. Not forgetting to mention cautions, Margaret lastly imparts some advice on how exactly one should carry out a coffee enema from the physical and emotional preparation of the coffee (and yourself) to the gory specifics of releasing the enema.

4. Summah O’Donnell, Holistic Nutrition Coach

After suffering some severe alcohol abuse, the damage to Summah’s body finally caught up to her. The doctor advised her to detox, and this is what she did in addition to eating clean. However, she continued to experience uncomfortable symptoms that were instead a result of her detox. As a last resort, she tried coffee enemas after much encouragement from some friends and desperation to start feeling better. In her article, Summah describes that her “liver is no longer overburdened” and that her “health has never been better”.

5. Katja Brünkenhoefer, Artist and Youtuber

Rid with numerous health conditions such as hypothyroidism, autoimmune problems, anxiety and depression, Katja was prescribed a lot of medication that eventually resulted in a lot of toxic buildup in her body. Due to this, she constantly felt fatigued and unmotivated. Wanting to clean her body out, she started small detoxes at first but coffee enemas “really jump-started her healing and cleaned her liver out”. She claimed that doing these were the only thing that got rid of her consistent breakouts and parasites. Katja has now been using coffee enemas for two years and does 1-2 a week.
